AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
This program provides competent care, supervision, recreation, and enrichment activities. It serves working families who desire both Parochial school education and supplementary day care in a Christian environment for children enrolled at OLV Elementary School. This program is staffed by school personnel.
After School Care
- If you need aftercare at any point during the school year, you need to download and fill out this form to register your child.
- Please be sure to communicate with your child’s teacher if they will be staying in the afterschool program so they know where to take your child when school is dismissed.
- Our after-school program is held only on regular school days, Monday-Friday from 2:45 - 5:30 p.m. except for scheduled early dismissal days. The program will be in session on days of early dismissal. Parents must provide lunch for their child(ren). If the school is closed for emergency reasons, the After-School program is cancelled.
- This program is not subsidized by the School or the Parish. The fees are as follows:
- 1st child - $10 per hour
- 2nd child - $6 per hour
- 3rd child (or more) - $5 per hour.
- Late pick up fees will be assessed in 10-minute increments.
- You will be charged through the FACTS system.
- The Application and Emergency Information documents must be completed prior to your child’s first day of participation. Your child cannot begin the program if the school does not have both documents.
