Philosophy

            As an educator, the most important aim that I have is to develop curriculum that maximizes the varied degrees of student abilities throughout realistic and genuine instruction of subject matter. I also research and organize new resources each year, so as to give my students interesting materials with which concepts and skills are learned.

            I also have an open-door policy and encourage parents and fellow teachers to bring their knowledge, suggestions and work experiences to the classroom. With this constant communication with parents and colleagues, I model for my students that being an effective communicator is essential to maintain successful relationships in the world.
