A special congratulation to Riley O'Donnell and Isabella Higgins, our 6^th Grade "shining stars" who were chosen to represent OLV Elementary School at the 17^th Annual Gala demonstrating their STREAM project..   Riley and Isabella competed in the X-STREAM games in December with their Marble Maze and were chosen from over 20 other teams for this special honor.

Marble Maze was completed in the Arcade Activity  of STREAM Academy , where all students are involved, every Tuesday afternoon, in  many exciting Academy Activities such as Rockin Roller Coasters, Robotics , Art and Social Justice and  Primary Engineering .  Ms. Marian Abram, is the advisor for the STREAM Arcade Academy and STREAM Coordinator for OLV School.

STREAM stands for Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics. It inspires teachers to include and develop 21st century instructional strategies at ALL levels so that students take with them the skills necessary to flourish in today's world!
